Added parrying and main menu!! (again)

Added a bunch of stuff that was already in the old build, as well as fixed some issues. I am getting very close to catching up to the old build, which is surprising to me as well because I thought unity would take a lot of time to learn, but I'm getting the hang of it!
Next up are damage indicators, the player death sequence, and starting on the tutorial level. Will also be readjusting the main menu and settings a bit more.
